Individual Therapy
I help individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation by reconnecting mind and body through a compassionate, somatic-based approach. As a trauma-informed and social justice-minded therapist, I provide a safe and inclusive space for underrepresented communities, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals, to process their experiences, restore balance, and reclaim their well-being.
Our work will go beyond surface-level symptom relief by focusing on healing the deeper causes of your struggles. Empowering you through self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and meaningful emotional processing, we’ll work to help you move through anxiety and avoidance to experience lasting change. You’ll cultivate a sense of calm, grounding, and safety, even when life feels unpredictable. Over time, you’ll learn to trust yourself and your ability to handle whatever comes your way without constantly bracing for disaster. You’ll also find more comfort and connection in your relationships, allowing yourself to be seen and known without fear.
